How to File a Warranty Claim

Shipping Costs
- For approved warranty claims within the 1-year period, ArtisanHides will cover the cost of return shipping for the repaired or replaced item.
- Shipping fees for sending the item to us for evaluation are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
Limitation of Liability
Our warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product. ArtisanHides is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
Warranty Exceptions
Our warranty is valid for products purchased directly from ArtisanHides.com or authorized retailers. Products purchased from unauthorized sellers or second-hand outlets are not covered under this warranty.
