Return Policy

You may return any unused, unworn, and undamaged item within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange. The item must be in its original packaging with tags still attached.

Please Note:

  • Returns are only accepted for items purchased directly from ArtisanHides.com.
  • Products purchased from unauthorized sellers or second-hand outlets are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact Us: Email support@artisanhides.com with your order number and the reason for the return. If the item is defective, please include clear photos.
  2. Receive Return Instructions: Our team will provide you with the necessary return instructions, including where to send the item.
  3. Pack and Ship the Item: Safely pack the item in its original packaging and send it to the address we provide.
  4. Processing Your Refund/Exchange: Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you of approval or rejection. Approved returns will be processed within 7-10 business days, and a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Exchanges will be shipped within 7 working days of approval.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for different sizes or colors. Follow the return steps above, indicating that you’d like an exchange. We’ll ship your new item once the original product is received and inspected.

Refunds

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after the return is processed.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • If the return is due to a defect or error on our part, we will cover the return shipping fees.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items marked as “final sale” are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Customized or personalized products are non-returnable unless they are defective.

Damaged or Defective Items
